At GEAR Berlin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original tags back on the garments and secure them in the original shipping box or any sturdy alternative packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
